Return and Refund Policy

This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

In-Store Purchases and Collections

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased in-store where you have simply changed your mind.

If your dress is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you believe your item is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of collection and provide proof of purchase.

We cannot accept items that have been worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or have had labels removed.

Any request for an exchange will be considered on a case-by-case basis and remains at the discretion of the store manager.

Deposits

For dresses that are ordered in, these will require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. With the balance due upon collection of the dress.

Customers will be liable to pay the balance even in the case when there is a change of mind.
